Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of materials do you process?

MWPDR can handle various liquids from soda beverages, alcoholic beverages, dairy (such as milk) and juices. We do not process any liquids that have a hazardous characteristic.

Do you provide transportation?

MWPDR can provide transportation of your product for disposal. Transportation would be quoted within the formal quote if we are hauling the product, If you would like to set up your own transportation we will accept it into our facility that way as well. 

Do you provide written documentation of destruction?

We can provide a Certificate of Destruction for every load that we process. You will receive an invoice once the product has been destroyed. We also add these files within your customer accounts.

How do I get a Quote for Request?

On our quote for request page you will be prompted to fill out a submission form that takes you to another link. After completing this form in its entirety you will submit it and be taken to the product information form. These forms will be sent directly to our Product Destruction Manager to generate your quote.

Are my containers I send for destruction able to be re-redeemed for the .05 deposit?

No, all containers are ran through a bottle and crusher at time of destruction. All commodities are recycled by our end user. 

How is the liquid disposed of?

All liquid is stored in our 1000 gallon holding tanks for disposal. The liquid is pumped out of the tanks and taken to a local digester or ethanol plant depending on the liquid.

How does MWPDR determine pricing?

Our pricing is built off of the information you provide us through the “quote for request” form here on our site. The information is put into our pricing formula based on destruction costs. From there we determine what price to charge and wether to charge by case, pallet, or individual container. We work with each customer to determine how best to price depending on their product destruction needs.

How long after I submit my request will I get a response?

We will have a quote back to you within 24-48 hours after submitting your quote for request.

How will I be charged?

At the time of the request you can choose to be billed electronically or have an invoice sent to you in the mail after all product is destroyed. Invoiced will be sent within 30 days of being processed at our facility.

Am I able to witness my product being destroyed?

Yes. We provide our customers with the ability to view your product being destroyed through a live stream via your customer account. Instructions will be sent to you on how to log in to our cameras along with customer account information. Dates and times will be given to you as to when your product will be destroyed so you can watch it through the destruction process.
